This throttle body will fit your 2013-2015 ILX perfectly. All TrueBore Throttle Bodies include a new billet brass throttle plate, and retain/enhance a Venturi Effect with a custom tapered inlet/outlet.
2.0L and 2.4L variants provide a 14% increase in flow area at the throttle plate over stock.
